Refurbishment of a former textile mill to form a new business centre.

The works consisted of the complete strip out of the building including asbestos, M&E and plaster to leave a shell. The building was then fully fitted out with a new M&E system and demountable partitioning system, ceilings and carpets.

The contract also included external building repairs to the roof and external walls, and replacement of all the existing windows.
