This new build scheme was constructed to provide a new facility for the Bradford Chamber of Commerce.  20,000sq ft of three storey offices and 8,000sq ft of workshops provides flexible modern facilities for businesses in the region.  Extensive cladding was installed to the steel framed buildings with glazing providing a striking modern feel.

Externally, car parking for over 80 cars and a heavy goods services yard were formed.
