The works comprised the remodelling of an existing workshop, office and storage areas to provide a new Grade B office development. This included the installation of a new first floor mezzanine level within the workshop area and integrated specialist services installations.

The works were carried at an incoming on-shore gas terminal, operating as a top tier COMAH site due to the large quantities of flammable gases and liquids which were on site during normal operations. The works were completed in a demised area within the COMAH site, with strict daily Health & Safety procedures and protocol being adhered to and specialist training undertaken by Triton site management and key staff

CAPITOL PARK
This project was for the construction of a 24,555sq ft Industrial warehouse and a 5,460sq ft two storey offices with welfare facilities. External works included creation of a car park, service yard and a site access road constructed under section S38.
