Project Value £900K

This project was to deliver a carbon reduction scheme within an accommodation block. The building was live throughout. The scope of works for the project included:

  • Installation of PV panels
  • Installation of air source heat pumps
  • Associated electrical incoming supply and LV distribution network modifications and upgrades to accommodate the necessary power supplies for the air source heat pumps.
  • Installation of LED lighting replacement
  • Installation of heat emitters

All heating modifications were undertaken utilizing the installation of a temporary boiler for heating and hot water.

This project has had the Clade ASHP installed which works from -5℃ to+80℃ this is an industry leader and ensured that the pre-installed wet radiator system could be used.
