Triton Construction Limited is a general contractor providing construction services across the North of England for over 14 years. Our experience spans all sectors, with projects ranging in value from £750k to £10m.
We offer a full service, from procurement and traditional tendering to open brief design and build. Sub-contractors are an important part of our team. We work with them to create efficient and safe environments and use their expertise to get the best solutions

Over the last 12 months we have continued to see the level of opportunities rise significantly, this has resulted in a period of growth which has seen turnover rise to £30m in the last year. Our forward order book is looking particularly strong and we are planning further growth for the coming year with expectations of turnover in the region of £60m.
In April 2018 Triton acquired Remstone Construction which was predominantly based in Liverpool, now based within our North West Office Remstone continue to undertake schemes from £25k – £1m across all sectors of construction.
The North West division (based in Birchwood, Warrington) has started to move forward with a number of new contract awards. We have also recently been appointed to the Lancashire County Council Framework which is already generating several exciting opportunities
We have successfully completed a number of hotel projects for Whitbread’s Premier Inns, this has in turn, resulted in our appointment to their Partnering Framework, and we look forward to undertaking many further schemes over the coming years. Our Framework Partnerships are proving their worth in forming the foundation of our future growth, and the positive feedback from our Partnered Clients has been very encouraging.
The focus of the Shareholders remains fixed on building a financially secure platform which will enable the business to grow to £50 – 60m turnover in the next 3 years. With this in mind we continue to re-invest in the business, resulting in assets of £2m, which continues to grow month on month.
Close financial controls have ensured that our project accounts are settled quickly and this has helped generate a good level of positive cash flow, resulting in over £3m of cash in the bank at the year end. This strong cash position has been a consistent feature of the business, resulting in an excellent reputation for payment of our supply chain.
The robust status of the business ensures that we are able to continue our expansion plans without over-stretching our financial and management resources. We are delighted with the progress of the business to date and look forward to the bright prospects for the future.
